We discuss subjects such as energy hygiene for your unique subtle energy system, mindfulness, somatic practices, nervous system flexibility, practices to support manifesting your intentions.
We'll also have release rituals, codependency healing, relationship healing, information on astrology and different energy measurement modalities, empowerment, sisterhood and tons of support in your journey.

Tammi leads the group in a short lesson on a relevant subject and then the group has a hands on practice session with plenty of time and space for questions and exploration. Everyone loves these!
Intuitive Practice Circle
Powerful teaching about the current energy cycle, the astrological influence we're in (Virgo, Pisces, Libra...) along with coinciding mindset methodology that grants you deeper understanding of your yourself. We call on the wisdom of ancient and modern philosophers to help expand our mind and stretch our consciousness. These circles are for the deep thinkers and the ones who are ready to pair knowledge with action for maximum transformation. THE SACRED CIRCLE
We gather at the full moon for a group healing, sometimes meditation, sometimes an energy healing protocol or astral journey, this circle is focused on helping you release, renew and reset for the culmination of the cycle. We discuss the current energies and what we're letting go and clearing out as we move forward.
Full Moon Circle
We gather at the new moon to welcome the new cycle and discuss the new moon's influence on us and where we are. We set our intentions and focus on the desires in our heart. During this circle Tammi pulls cards and attendees can ask questions for intuitive reading and coaching for support.
